This page outlines the procedures for submitting a DMCA takedown notice and for filing a counter-notification.
We will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on Nvidia Nemoclaw's website or services, please notify our designated Copyright Agent as set forth below. For your notice to be effective under the DMCA, you must provide the following information in writing:

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted on Nvidia Nemoclaw's website was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to file a counter-notification with us. Your counter-notification must be in writing and include the following:
- Identification of the removed material: Identify the specific material that was removed or to which access was disabled, and provide the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A Statement Under Penalty of Perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.

- Physical or Electronic Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
